Will the use of PostCart supplies invalidate my franking machine warranty?
No, they will not invalidate the franking machine warranty and it is illegal for the manufacturer or the service engineer to say that it does. In 2005 the Office of Fair Trading made a ruling on this subject and you can view this by following this link www.oft.gov.uk/news/press/2005/110-05.
Compatible Cartridges
All of the franking machine cartridges supplied by PostCart have been extensively tested and are guaranteed to work faultlessly in the machine specified. Compatible cartridges are new cartridges that have been manufactured to the highest standard by a specialist company in this field. Compatible cartridges are not manufactured by the manufacturer of the franking machine.
Refilled and Remanufactured Cartridges
Refilled and Remanufactured cartridges are refilled to the highest standards in our own factory, with stringent quality control. Each cartridge is checked for faultless functionality prior to being cleaned, reset and refilled with postage quality ink.
Refilled cartridges are reset to provide the same number of impressions as the original manufacturer’s cartridge and refilled with the same amount of high quality postage grade ink as the original manufacturer uses. Through this process the cartridges supplied by PostCart are guaranteed to perform as well as an original cartridge.
Warranty
All goods supplied by Postcart are warranted against defect for a period of 60 days from date of shipment. If you are dissatisfied with any product supplied by Postcart you should, in the first instance, contact Postcart here detailing your reasons. Postcart will issue a returns number and arrange the best method of collection and before either issue a replacement or full refund. Items cannot be returned for replacement unless a returns number has been issued.
Damage in Transit
If the goods are damaged in transit then please contact Postcart here for immediate replacement. Please bear in mind that soft packaging often becomes damaged in transit due to the method of delivery but in most cases the item enclosed remains in good condition and fit for purpose. Items cannot be returned for replacement unless a returns number has been issued.
Incorrect Items
If the goods supplied are not as ordered then please contact Postcart here for immediate replacement. To arrange replacement Postcart will issue a returns number and collect the incorrect items. Items cannot be returned for replacement unless a returns number has been issued.
Dispatch
In most cases your order will be dispatched on the same day provided it is received before 2:30 PM.
Delivery
In most cases delivery will be via next business day courier service. Please note that the next business day courier service will only deliver items Monday to Friday.
Complaints
We take complaints very seriously. If you feel that you have cause for complaint with any aspect of our service then please contact Postcart in writing via email. Please provide as much information as possible as to the reason for your dissatisfaction and mark your email for the attention of the Managing Director. We will normally respond within two days of receipt.
